The Republic of the Union of Eastasia will establish diplomatic relations with The Great Socialist Union of Korea and recognize it as an independent nation in accordance with the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States.

The Great Socialist Union of Korea will establish diplomatic relations with the Republic of the Union of Eastasia and recognize it as an independent nation in accordance with the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States.

The Great Socialist Union of Korea will be designated with Special Cooperation Status by the Republic of the Union of Eastasia. The Great Socialist Union of Korea will be able to work with the Republic of the Union of Eastasia in desired fields after the signing of this treaty.
